Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026. They apply to every page published here, and to anybody reading one.
WheelSheet publishes a page describing a vehicle you are selling, at a link you control and distribute yourself. That is the whole of it. We are a tool for publishing a page, not a marketplace, not a dealer, not a broker and not an agent for anybody.
There is no catalogue of cars on this site and no search across them, and we do not offer your page to search engines: it asks not to be indexed and it is not in our sitemap. The only way anyone reaches it is the link, from wherever you choose to put it.

The seller is, entirely. We do not check any of it. We do not inspect vehicles, verify a VIN against a vehicle, confirm mileage, confirm the state of a title, confirm that the photographs are of that car, or verify who anybody is. A page is headed “What the seller says” because that is exactly what it is: one person’s description of their own car, published by them.
Nothing on a car page is a statement by us, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a valuation, and we make no representation that any of it is accurate or complete. If you are buying, treat every page here the way you would treat any private advertisement: inspect the vehicle, run the VIN yourself, and check the title and the identity of the person selling it. What we publish about buying safely is guidance, not a guarantee, and following it is not a substitute for your own checks.
The sale is between the seller and the buyer, and only between them. We do not negotiate, represent either side, hold or transfer money, provide escrow, verify funds, check a cheque, arrange delivery, transfer a title, or take part in the handover. We charge a seller for days on a page and take no commission of any kind from a sale.
Anything that happens between a buyer and a seller is theirs: a deposit that goes missing, a cheque that bounces, a vehicle that is not as described, a sale that falls through, a dispute afterwards. We are not responsible for it, we are not the referee, and we have no way to reverse anything.
You need to be 18 or over and selling a vehicle that is yours to sell. This is built for a private seller with one car, not for a dealer or a business that sells vehicles for a living, and we may close an account that is plainly one of those.
An account is an email address. There is no password: signing in is a link sent to that address, which means anybody who can read that inbox can reach your pages. Keep it yours, and keep it working, because it is also where every message about your page goes.
You keep ownership of the photographs and the text you upload. You confirm that the vehicle is yours to sell, that the photographs are yours to publish, and that what the page says about the vehicle is true as far as you know it, including the mileage, the condition and the state of the title.
Do not publish somebody else’s contact details, and do not use the page for anything other than selling the vehicle it describes. Web addresses are removed from the text you write, everywhere on this site, so a listing carries no links out.
You grant us what is needed to run the page and no more: to store your photographs, resize and convert them, strip their location data, and draw them on your page, on the preview card that appears when you send the link, and on the window sign you print. Up to 10 photographs a page.
We do not sell your content, license it to anybody, use it to advertise anything, or put it on any page other than yours. What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.
When you give a VIN, the specification is decoded by the vehicle database run by the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. It is their data, not ours, and on some vehicles it is incomplete or wrong.
Check it before you publish and correct anything that does not match the car. Once the page is live, what it says is what you are telling a buyer.
The first 10 days of a page cost nothing and no card is asked for. The only paid item is an extension: $9.90 keeps the page live for another 30 days, as many times as you want it.
The extension is sold to you by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. You pay Creem, on Creem’s checkout page. The price includes any sales tax that applies, which Creem collects and pays; Creem sends the receipt, and its own terms of sale apply to the payment alongside these.
We do not refund an extension, in whole or in part, including when the vehicle sells during a period you have paid for. The free days are why: the whole service runs on your own vehicle, with nothing held back, before any money is involved. A charge taken twice for the same extension is returned, which is not a refund of an extension.
Creem, as the seller, may refund a payment at its own discretion within 60 days of it, whatever this section says.
If your page is unavailable through a fault of ours during a period you have paid for, we add the days it was down to the end of that period. What you bought is days on a page, so days on a page are what you get back.
A page you never finish is deleted after 30 days, with its photographs. A page that runs out stays readable for 90 days so you can extend it, and is then deleted. A page you mark sold, or take down yourself, leaves the site the same day along with its photographs, and its record is deleted 90 days later.
The address of a page never changes while it is live, which is the point of it: the link is already in text messages and under a QR code taped to a window. Once a page is gone, its address stays gone.
We may take down a page that appears fraudulent, describes a vehicle the publisher does not own, uses another person’s photographs, is being used for something other than selling that vehicle, or is reported and cannot be verified.
Anybody can report a page, with no account, and a report does nothing by itself: a person reads it and decides. When we take a page down we always tell the seller why, in one sentence, and you can write back and say we got it wrong.
Do not collect sellers’ phone numbers or email addresses from pages here, in bulk or otherwise. Do not copy pages from this site and republish them. Do not hammer the site with automated requests, try to reach other people’s accounts, or file reports that you know are untrue.
While you have a page, we send you what keeps it working: the sign-in link you asked for, the link to a draft you saved, confirmation that a page is live, a reminder three days before it runs out and again the day before, and a message if we ever take it down. There is no marketing email, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
What this site says about selling safely, and about buying safely, is practical guidance written from experience. It is not legal, tax or insurance advice, it is not written for your situation, and what a transfer of ownership actually requires is set by your state and by your insurer, not by us.
The service is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that a page will lead to a sale, that it will be found by anybody in particular, that the site is available without interruption, or that nothing will ever be lost.
We may change how the service works or stop offering it, and if we stop we will say so far enough ahead for anybody with a live page to act on it.
We are not liable for what a listing says, for anything done by a seller or a buyer, for a sale that goes wrong or does not happen, or for what somebody does with a link. Between a buyer and a seller, we have no part in it and nothing to make good.
For anything else, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the value of a vehicle or of a sale. What we are liable for is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Where a law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away, this does not take them away.
If a claim is brought against us because of what you published, because of a sale you made or did not make, or because you used this service in a way these terms do not allow, you cover it: the claim, and what it costs us to deal with it.
You can take any page down yourself, at any time, and you can have the account and everything attached to it deleted by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we say why when we do.
The date at the top changes with them. A change that affects what you have already paid for does not apply to that period.
These terms, and anything arising out of them, are governed by Polish law, which is where the business behind this service is established. If the law where you live gives you consumer rights that a choice of law cannot take away, this does not take them away, and it does not stop you bringing a claim wherever the law says you may.
